Position Summary:

The Adobe Campaign Manager fully utilizes Adobe Campaign Classic and/or Adobe Campaign Standard to ensure the delivery of both digital and non-digital information that drives our client’s business. The Adobe Campaign Manager manages a team which translates the client marketing requests and orchestrates the messaging of that information to the clients’ customers or prospects via Email, SMS, Social and Direct Mail channels. The Adobe Campaign Manager requires knowledge of both marketing and technical database system/campaign management software.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage a global team of campaign analysts in the US and India, coordinating tasks and activities associated with campaign workflow development, proofing and execution
  • Interface directly with client teams, address and manage client requests and communicate status – in person and via phone and email
  • Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process, to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control
  • Manage the campaign process in compliance with contractual Service Level Agreements
  • Plan, coordinate and manage campaign tasks with the database team and communicate status
  • Capable of completing Adobe campaign activities individually
  • Track and monitor campaign results, resolve issues and report status to the Account Management team
  • Obtain client signoff on campaign specification
  • Document and train other team members to perform campaign orchestration duties

Required Skills and qualifications:

  • Qualified individuals should possess the attributes of being smart, curious, committed to vision, passionate, fun/pleasant, an achiever and having a sense of urgency.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Management, or related field
  • Small team management experience
  • Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic – Workflow activities, Delivery activities, Technical workflows, User and Role Administration
  • Basic understanding of set logic required
  • Detail-oriented and organized – able to balance changing workloads
  • Ability to work on multiple teams concurrently
  • Excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience in the following a big plus:
    • CRM: Digital and Direct Marketing Campaign Management and Orchestration
    • Digital Campaign Management tools: (Adobe (preferred), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Oracle Responsys)
    • Work Queue management software (Team Track, Jira, Workfront etc.)
    • File management tools (PGP, Text Editors, CuteFTP, FileZilla, etc
    • HTML
    • JavaScript
    • SQL for data analysis
    • Client-facing communication and interaction
